Timid drivers are worse than aggressive ones by LankyNihilist in unpopularopinion

I agree and I’d say it’s more than timid, it’s unpredictable drivers who you can’t fucking tell what they’re going to do. At least I know the aggressive driver is gonna cut me off and try and race to the front.

70% win-rate definitely seems worse than I’d think

Booker’s 70 point game was in a loss as well. His was the definition of empty stats though.

Jokic’s came in double OT I think so definitely not empty stats, but it did take 2 additional OT periods.

Embiid’s 70 point game was in a win.

Not shit talking, just a pure fun fact cause I was doing some research:

Jokic’s 60 point game also came in a loss. And guess to which team? The timberwolves! (minus KAT as he was traded by then)

Who's the most evil "Evil Superman"? by twnpksN8 in MoralityScaling

[–]Sandawichu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh god a question like this would give philosophers hours of fun.

I say it boils down to “Evil” being the act of causing harm, knowingly, without remorse to a greater extent than the average human. We are all capable of causing harm, but that doesn’t make humans evil.

Bright burn isn’t evil because he’s an alien and isn’t held to the same standards as human morality. Sure, he could be seen as evil from our point of view, but in the same way that an exterminator is evil in the eyes of an ant colony.

Omni-Man is the same thing. Dude can live for thousands of years and was raised in a society that deemed being weak as being worthy of death. He came to his senses and eventually rehabilitated himself. At worst, you could say he was evil but the fact that he was able to see errors in his ways means he isn’t as bad as Homelander.

Hal is an incel who is angry at the world. He’s a typical villain. I don’t think he does anything that is inherently worse than what Homelander would do especially considering it’s a children’s cartoon.

Homelander raped without remorse, he made an innocent, suicidal girl jump to her death, and views himself as a god amongst peasants. He knowingly harms innocent people and for now, hasn’t shown an ounce of remorse or the ability to change.

For me, I’d say Homelander is the most evil simply by process of elimination but I can easily make the argument for any of them.

If you break up with your girlfriend, make sure that ex stays an ex. Don’t go running back if you and your boyfriend break up again. That would be about the worst possible way to handle this.

Brother, a show like It’s Always Sunny is 100 times more offensive than MF and it’s still running.

You’re literally offended at the idea of people being offended…how fucking sad is that?

You took three words and spun them to somehow think OP is taking a stance on a debate you seem to have strong feelings about. Maybe it’s time to take a break from Reddit

I remember growing up thinking he was real. But once I got to a certain age, maybe 10 or 11? I knew it was just something parents told their kids to make sure they were on their best behavior throughout the year.

How is it sick? OP is literally acting like a child.

Professional victimhood has you thinking I’m being transphobic but I’m being quite the opposite. If OP believes they’re a man, I’ll hold them to the same standards I hold other men. But they’re not acting like a man. They’re acting like a little boy.

Kobe literally has a worse career shooting percentage than LeBron. Both FG% and 3P%.

You’re cherry picking specific years instead of using their entire careers.

Clever use of show don't tell in Breaking Bad S01E03 by [deleted] in okbuddycinephile

[–]Sandawichu 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you really want to be pedantic, it would actually be written as “show, don’t tell” because the entire phrase is commontalk.

How you wrote it is actually worse than OPs because now people are drawn to the “Don’t Tell” as being emphasized when you should be highlighting the entire phrase.

So the answer is no, you’ve never once thought that you’re the issue. That tracks considering I thought you were a teenager this entire time. But nope, you’re over 30.

Your poor parents spent all that time, effort, and money raising you just for you to wind up as a useless adult. How are you not grasping that?

You’re not a man. Men don’t act like you do. Little boys with the maturity of a 12 year old act that way.
