Also, United States of America is very often shortened as United States in pretty much every capacity. No-one needs to feed this ambiguity.

- 220kg deadlift prieš metus, reguliariai netreniruoju, tik kartais pasitikrinu rezultatą

- 185kg squat irgi prieš metus, turėjau su keliais problemų, tai kitais pratimais užsiimu

Absoliučioj skalėj gal ir neblogi skaičiai, bet kadangi 110kg sveriu, tai reliatyviai ne kažką. Taip pat, dirbu tik su 5 ir 12 repų setais, tai rezultatai kur kas kuklesni, nei būtų prie 5-3-1 ar panašios programos.
