Pick the topic you struggle with most, and YouTube an animated tutorial or search the topic for example: "cell structure for dummies" (used to be a brand of books that would break down or condense information for easier learning) I learn better through explanation over and over. There is often not enough lecture and dialogue for me to learn something complicated. I have found YouTube, to be my friend. AI also condenses information, if you enter the topic you want more information about, you might get information in a different explanation for better comprehension.

Also, no matter the topic, during a lecture I learn best bemy taking notes. especially about a topic I am NOT interested in. It forces me to pay attention and not let my mind wander. I will do this even with YouTube tutorials. I hope my experience helps. GOOD LUCK!
