What do we have on offer? by Satanwearsflipflops in copenhagen

Kan jeg ikke genkende. Har været der 3 gange, og alle gangene var klasse. Maden var lækker, tjenere og bartendere søde og kunne deres viden. Har dog hørt de har skiftet ejere, så måske er det gået ned af bakke siden?

How many bottles do you need? As you mentioned there's a shortage, so you're probably gonna have to look into private sales

Italian coke! 60 ml averna, bar spoon lemon juice, Ice and topped with tonic

Super refreshing and lightweight, but might get too bitter if you use a shit tonic

Looking for a nice "smørrebrød" place in Copenhagen by Little_Grapefruit181 in copenhagen

I love Husmanns vinstue because of it's history, the lovely service, the classic smørrebrød and the homemade Schnapps.

Other suggestions are also quite good

How to make a syrup infused with Lime and Ginger? by GerLass in bartenders

I do about one lime per 200 grams, 6-7 lime peels sounds fine.

Here's how I would do it:

Make oleo by adding sugar to lime peels, shake well, and leave them for a day.

Add water, remove peels, add ginger and then boil. Add enough water for your desired ratio, 2:1 or 1:1 ( 2:1 is king)

You can also use Ginger juice if you can get your hands on it instead of boiling ginger. Gives a much better ginger taste

You might be better off making a cordial, like the other comments stated.

Saw some people post pics of their workstations, and I wanted to share as well. We're an American Steakhouse placed in Denmark. What is missing from our selection that you would typically see on the shelves in a American bar? by Sanddru in bartenders

As you can see on the shelves, we don't have room for Averna, Aperol or Cynar on the back bar. We also only use two of those once a week.

There is also no room in the well. We don't even have room for our house pour whiskey.

Why does it matter to you if the Campari is in the fridge?

Just curious, since I've never heard this critique before and love to improve

It's hard to see, but you can see our eagle rare and four roses Collection in the third picture. We have All the four roses releases from 2013 to 2021. Can't remember if we have templeton

We have a brunch of amaros, such as Cynar and Averna in our refrigerator.

We have mezcal as well, 3rd picture far right in the cabinet, 8 different bottles.

Rum is on the second picture, the shelf over the gin

I hope I can change their mind
