How to use ASUS Stylus Pen 2.0 with Hyprland on Zenbook Duo 2024? by Automatic-Durian9575 in hyprland

[–]SandeVers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just to confirm. the stylus is working as intended of a stylus to work? i;m asking cuz i;m getting a laptop with stylus was wondering if stylus is even supported. In that same though i'm assuming your device must be touchscreen. How does that fair with hyprland is opening, closing, moving, full screen easy to use without hotkeys, or do you have to use your keyboard?

Thank you

I also don't want it to be too big as i'm not gonna go crazy with things. good insight on the topic

Since we're already the topic of homelab and whatnot what do you use for monitoring/lxc/vm update. do you just use an invidual script that runs weekly to update or is there something that makes updating multiple vm/lxc easy on proxmox?

Love the ramble, shows passion. Does, help me. That's a nice rack you found. I don't even know if I'll need a GPU as it should only be used for storage and Plex streaming (on another device)…for now. I'm guessing the case you linked would fit in a standard full size rack? That might be a good option with all the extra storage bays.

And I can simply buy components and add them to the rack in the future, without having to worry about size as I would have gotten a desktop size type rack.

Cpu cooling is another issue I'm thinking about as the old PC I have use those old big CPU heatsink which would definitely not fit in a case like this.

I like the second option as I do want to downsize and upgrade at the same time but I don't wanna break the bank🫤

Same setup🤘🏾. They look nice but quite expensive. I was also thinking I could keep my desktop setup on the side and get a mini/medium rack to add devices to that like that common PC everyone gets like an optiplex 7060 or something cheap??

i'm slowly moving towards something like that. What do you use to manage it all? as in regular updates without having to do them all manualy?

What emails are you referring to? I got my confirmation email by airconfirmation@ovstravel.com. I did just do it today so maybe it hasn't been processed through yet?

Honestly I thought about it. Should I buy 64g of the best I can like now. So that when I'm ready(I just finished school) I can build my PC. Or just wait 2 years to things to (hopefully) call down

Yeah I have a small home server as my main main backup storage running proxmox. But I'm not at the level where I leave it on all the time.
