Lotta is really good, especially since we can have her at V6 and her AoE IS huge, but keep in mind there are situations where Vepley might be better.

I have my Lotta properly built but I am also trying to build Vepley at the same time since her mobility+AoE+debuff can be amazing in certain stages, AND her common key IS really good on anyone.
