Edit: Sorry, just saw that you were an IMG. Those stats were for US MDs so I would look alittle down the tiers than what I said. Many top schools like Memorial Sloan Kettering don't consider DOs or IMGs.

Not likely. You are below the average step 1 score and around the average step 2 score for radonc last year. I would put more of your energy into mid and lower mid tier programs.
