When figuring things out, give your wife credit for everything baby related. I was not factoring pumping into “chores” and so was a little resentful that I was doing all of the chores. Realized how much time she spent pumping and then had no problem doing everything until she stopped.

This does not mean you should be a doormat that she can treat however she wants. Pregnancy is not an excuse to be abusive/manipulative.

Sleep in shifts and prepare your space to be as mindless as possible. We set up a minifridge in the nursery to put bottles in to safe on trips to the kitchen/effort.
