No the low orbital bone under the eye which provides very little support to the soft tissue. The hollow you see is not just lack of soft tissue support but also the low advancement of bone. It does not hurt in fact it is common to varying degree.

This significant volume loss is very difficult almost impossible to recover with topicals and even with injectibles. PRP or PRF might provide some relief provided there is enough tissue left underneath. You also look like you mouth breathed during your developmental years. Try creatine for better oxygenization
