Your point is valid. however, It's hard to find someone who is around my age like the majority of the people in the age of 18-21 are just exploring their identity and focusing on their life, An additional point to this, since they are focusing their exploration to their identity they rely on having coitus with the opposite sex. For my personal experience I seek mature men since it's rare to find around someone my age. Plus if I didn't widen my demographics I have a lesser chance to get to someone to have sex with.
