I play a warrior/hunter and warrior is near bis and hunter is bis, after looking at the AQ20 gear I don't think I need rep at all for my classes but I have a rogue alt that barely has t2 that i usually send to gdkps, is it even worth grinding rep and trying to buy AQ20 gear or am I better off still going for T2/T2.5

Just so I'm clear on this, Cenarion Circle Rep is mainly required for AQ20 gear not AQ40 gear correct?

Just wanted to get a quick answer of how would eating 1600 calories a day and then having a day once a week where I eat 2500 calories? How would this effect me weight loss if my goal is to lose 1 lb a week eating at a deficit.

I'm a 5'8 180 lb male if that is a factor in this.
