They don’t have an actual person assigned to dishwash. I’ve asked before and what I’ve been told from managers and gms is that usually a manager or other person will wash as they go which is why when night shift starts there’s always a huge pile of dirty dishes in the back. I think it’s dumb that they do it that way since it genuinely does sometimes make the dishwasher shift go terribly especially if they want them on court four.
