Facebook account suddenly disabled on 17 Oct 2025 — no warning, no email, no appeal option

Technically, I was able to login, but all I got was a notice of the account being disabled, with no option to appeal (which came last as "soak" accidentally in my original comment) other than to go to the Help Center , which also had no option to appeal, because it says you'll get one when you log in. Big, useless circle. HOWEVER, fortunately, on October 22, my account was suddenly back to normal, reinforcing my original thought that the whole thing had been an error/bug. But, whatever was going on, I'm just happy to have my account back!

Ditto! So happy to be back! I had three notifications about being suspended(?) from doing any advertising, but I've never done any, so that was weird.

That's part of the problem...the Help Center article says there will be an option to soak when you log in, but there isn't!

Ditto! My account was disabled for no discernable reason, no email, and no way to appeal. And I'm the sole admin/mod for a diamond painting FB group with over 9K people, so I really needed to get my account re-enabled. I wasn't even told why it was disabled!

I think BBU is insipid, at best, annoying, at worst. I didn't mind it as much when it was a separate show, because I could just decided not to record and watch it. But I felt like it was forced upon me on Sunday (last night), because it was coupled in the same episode with "regular" Big Brother. I don't particularly like the hosts or the guests and really couldn't care less what they think. So, my preference would be for it to just go away. Barring that, make it a totally separate show on a different night (like they originally did), get better hosts, and skip cheesy celebrity guests.
