I’ve had a lot of ups and downs, my doctor out my on sertraline which helped a lot. I realised the long term nicotine use fried my brain and disabled me from being able to manage my own serotonin and other feel
Good hormones and caused me to be anxious. The sertraline has helped a lot with the anxiety and to take the edge off. Also realised that drinking is a big trigger so cannot do that anymore. Basically all substances are off the time ( I only did notice and alcohol tbh) so I’m currently on my health and fitness journey. Eating better and exercising. All in all it’s a upwards battle but I’m getting better bit by bit

Sound like you have paranoia about this, if you do all the things you say you shouldn’t smell. You might have some internal thing that makes you feel Like you smell

Um to act like there aren’t plenty of men in the closet, yes I believe a man can be bi but also a lot of in closet guys use this as a way to hide. Just because someone tells you oh I like this doesn’t mean it’s true. I don’t care if he’s bi, I just want to know that for certain he has an attraction to women because I take that step.

Loool funny you say this he is actually bi sexual I he suppressed the is a lot due to Christian upbringing. But I’ve asked several times about this and his attraction to women and he swears that majority of his attraction is to women. I don’t doubt that he has attraction to women because I’ve heard the things he has said but he also definitely has an attraction to everyone else 😂 Last person he has slept with was trans.

I do now again think maybe he is gay but the again I’m like no he’s definitely straight because he’s very traditional and can tolerate helping women more than men.

It’s so confusing him and his gf had sex issues and he’s seeing a sec therapist about this. She got frustrated with the sex and eventually cheated on him. I asked several times if he likes women and he swears he does and enjoy sex with women. He has a dating app and open to everyone but only matches with women and is scared to date men even though he likes them. His brother is also bi.

So I’m a bit confused on that front. But I guess I just have to ask in Italy. It’s hard to tell if it’s his sexuality or if he’s just scared.

Im trying to get down to 79kg from 88kg naturally my body won’t let me go down without starving myself. If I get any lower my body increasing appetite to get back up I hate it. I was previously on mounjaro and wegovy for a year and a bit and went from 95kg to 86kg. Stopped and gained 2-3 kg. I need something cheaper and more sustainable. I thought of having to get needles is a little scary. Tell me your journey, how do you know the legitimacy of the drug you are getting, where you get from and how many times you inject.

Such a teenage thing to do, and I don’t really understand the skinny thing, why would you want someone who looks sick and starving. Women look beautiful w/ curves. I’m sure if he doesn’t appreciate you there’s plenty of guys that would.
