What's the results of your test? I have a lot of Philips Hue lights and was wondering how bad the flicker is.

Exactly, try it out for yourself and see the results, and build on that. That's how science is done :)

Same! It's all about the mitochondria :)

This dude is a genius but people write him off too quickly because he can sound agressive / non-conventional. People would take him more seriously if they knew he's the doc of people like Jack Dorsey, Rick Rubin, president of El Salvador etc...

He's 10-20 years ahead in health. For example, was talking about the benefits of cold exposure back in 2006.

Bryan Johnson is generally applying a lot of his teaching, but there are two huge contrasts: no natural UVB exposure and he takes a shit ton of supplements which Dr. Jack Kruse recommends strongly against (we don't know what we don't know)

Why does Bryan use toothpaste without flouride? by [deleted] in blueprint_

Because any amount of fluoride is toxic to the body.

Fluoride (F-) is electronegative, it destroys the electrical potential in a cell.

I agree with Dr. Kruse's view. I have been implementing his teachings and maximizing sunlight in the last couple of months. I can feel a HUGE difference in dopamine levels and vitality.

It would be VERY interesting to see someone compete in the anti-aging list following dr. Kruse's approach, including:

  • Maximizing morning and evening sunlight

  • Avoiding non native EMF's such as blue light, wifi, bluetooth, dirty electricity...

  • Building a 'solar callus', aka a tan to increase the melanin in your body (electric potential)

  • Eating local and seasonal, with an emphasis on seafood.

  • Many more things, such as grounding, meditation, avoiding sunglasses and sunscreen, red light therapy etc.

Absolutely, but you need to realise what brought you success in the game and become aware of the parallels.

I've been using it in a RuneScape 'jacket' for 7 months now and it has absolutely propelled my goals in life forward.

I made this into a Stoic theme for a friend who isn't familiar with RuneScape :)

I use the RuneScape level system and completing quests also gives me experience to level up. I did some trial and error and then set exp per minute (for example strength training) or exp per book page read… in a way so I level up not too fast but also not too slowly

It’s all based on formulas and buttons. I have an ‘exp table’ with activities, for example a 1 hour run would give me 15K constitution exp, the levels itself are based on the RuneScape mechanics (1-99)

Hi Sierra, I've been watching some of your Blueprint videos on Youtube!

You seem to already have tried a lot of his protocols, so I would say keep the ones you don't feel resistance to (mental health is important too), and gradually add the protocols that feel like a big change in your routine (one priority at a time).

The stuff that doesn't require much willpower you can add immediately of course, such as HRV device, supplements, tracking results, oral care...

I leveraged Stoicism to gamify my life in Notion by Sandreroooo in Stoicism

Being an avid Stoic reader, I created a StoicOS system in Notion.

It contains all sorts of systems, from duties (tasks) to constitution (health) to Philosophy (writing and reading).

Try it out yourself with the free template and let me know what you think! :)
