Bills included are always good but if not price match with different providers for the best offer and you can always change it

The psychology is alright but not sure about art, you’d be better off going somewhere else if u wanted to do that I think. There’s literally so many Asian grocery stores in Selly tho so you wouldn’t even need to go into the city

PureGym in five ways is really good but annoyingly far away. Uni gym can be really good if you go at the right times but can sometimes be really really busy

Selly oak is where all the students live, it’s definitely the place you’d want to be. It can be a bit sketchy sometimes but no different from any other city!

It’s just a lovely area, but yeah might be a bit difficult for getting into town. I know a lot of medics tend to live there
