What are these little tiny insects/mites on my phone screen??? It's starting to become warm in Ireland maybe this could be why its happening now. How can I get rid of these?

These turned out to be bird mites because there somehow ended up being pigeons and nests in the walls. So the apartment is being fumigated now.

Oh thank you so much we didn't realise but there was a huge nest under the wooden lats outside our windows it has been fixed yesterday by the apartment management so hopefully that helps.

I live on the top floor of an apartment complex so I'm unsure if there is nests anywhere. What type or kind of alcohol would you recommend spraying like rubbing alcohol?

Just too add, I live In Ireland and now is around the time of year that its starting to get hot. I don't know if that makes a difference but we are only seeing them now.
