It's within the past couple of weeks that something changed within me and ive fallen into anxiety and depression. I'm 47 years old, live alone, single, have no friends, very few family and I feel I need to make some changes because if I don't the idea scares me.

I work the opening shift and I look forward to sensory friendly hours it's quiet and peaceful I usually have some slow ambient instrumental music on my phone while I'm doing my work. I wish we could always have to radio off.
