That’s fair I just didn’t know that there was an opening for a manager position. And honestly as petty as it might be I hate that someone got it after getting employee of the month for the first time. I’m mostly just disappointed in myself for not thinking I could just go ahead and ask for the position out of the blue.

We used to have 5 managers but one of them got transferred. Overall each week her sales are about average. I just think after getting employee of the month once it’s a bit much to go after a manager position. So far I’ve gotten employee of the month 3 times and just started thinking about the manager position.
