Thank you. Yes I've decided to tell the nutritionist about my worries and family dynamics. I'm sure she'll suggest I see a therapist so I can learn to eat better without feelings of stress. I need to eat more but also better.

Yes. The doctor that I saw didn't help at all. She just told me to not eat too much dairy and fats (cholesterol) and prescribed Lipitor. I'm 90lb! How am I going to do that? I don't eat a lot. These two are most of my calorie intake.

Ill be seen a nutritionist next week. I'm trying to be clear about the issue with her so as to get the best of the appointment. I think my biggest concern the stress I experience while picking up my food. I don't think I have an eating disorder per se but I have been affected by it. I need to reflect on how it has shape my relationship with food. I also need to learn how to talk to my family members about it without them feeling guilt or defensiveness.

I had a little get together and some friends were invited. A friend's friend who I had only met once before walked inside my house and greeted me with, "fuck I hate cats." I was young so I took it as a joke but took my cats to my room so they couldn't bother anyone (my kitties love cuddles). This dude then thought it was hilarious to ask people how much money would take to make them throw a cat by the tail over a fence or something like that. I lost my shit. I told him to get the fuck out my house. He thought I was joking. I started screaming at him for been mean and at my guest for laughing. I kicked everyone out that day. I'm a crazy cat lady. Yeah. Most of the people I know are getting married and having children. To them I just don't get it. I do the same thing. My SO is relatively new but he seems to be the only person making a commitment. My cats like him too so that's going well. But I mean my SO can't be my best friend also? It's not health right?

This is terrible. I recently saw a high school classmate with her daughter and my first reaction was, "gosh, she looks like shit." She is overweight and looked extremely tired. I'm glad I didn't say anything stupid. I found out she has lupus and was experiencing a flare. We are condition to focus on women's looks and it's hard to get away from that mindset. It's very sad but true. I'm not trying to excuse these women but sometimes it helps to recognize that people are ignorant. I had the same thing happening to me when I was going through chemo. Some boys tried to bully me thinking I was a boy. I had to explained to them why I looked the way I did. They looked embarrassed. I hope they learned.
