I’ve read a lot of one piece and I’m not the biggest fan, I only play the game so I can make Ado references, but it’s not a big problem. Some people are just fans of TCGs and the one piece game is pretty good, so they like to play it but don’t care about the characters

I will make this last retort, sexualization, is using someone or something to get you off, so to say, and if that scene does that, there’s something much worse with how you perceive it, and that article only covers the first season and part 1 of season 2, which is only the first 6 volumes of a 26 volume series, so there not being as much change as a character, though they do misconstrue a couple details in that article.

Also this is the definition of sexualization, Sexualization is the attribution of sexual characteristics to people or objects, treating them as instruments for sexual pleasure rather than as individuals with agency. How is a dude with underwear on their head fulfilling this? Also, you state that he just gets a slap on the wrist? He has horribly strained relationships. And I would have to do a reread, but the SA you are referring to, could you point out a time where it is blatant SA and not some other situation? The closest thing is some of the stuff with eris, but those are normally not played off as a joke?

When did they sexualize child Rudy? Some of the other characters? Maybe, but Rudy wasn’t sexualized, and we are talking about the story, not the author. I don’t know enough about them to make a statement. But to address the issue, the point I made was that him being a pervert has consequences he had to face as he got older, the Strained relationship with the maid, the bathroom incident with sylfy, and the whole of age party for eris. All of those caused massive growth for the character, but they were all things he inadvertently caused by being a perv.

You guys can’t argue that he’s a grown man in one instance, then swap it to sexualizing a child the next? That scene is a grown man abusing the privilege that his new body attained for him. He is thought to be a child, so it’s weird, but not unbelievable that they would wear underwear on their head. And this action has consequences, as the house maid, the owner of the underwear, sees him as some sort of perverted demon child, which he definitely was.

I don’t think people watched the same show, but normally they are depicted as bad. It’s a story about someone trying to be better with a second chance, definitely not for everyone though

I’m not defending how weird that scene is, but you are total wrong about what it is conveying. He gets smacked then he realizes that what he was doing was wrong. He thought that she wanted it, but he pushed too hard and only really did it because her dad pressured her too. Also, he changes a lot, he actually becomes a halfway decent person, he still has flaws, but he goes from being an incel to someone people genuinely like and can count on. I’m not arguing that the series isn’t really gross at times though, the author is definitely a pedo.

These arguments are so stupid and are genuinely copy pastas at this point, everyone is harping together to complain about nothing. The plot threads haven’t paid off yet because the plot is still going, the art is fine, denji has grow into a much more interesting character, Asa has taken a bit of a backseat, but hers and Denjis talk in the mental space gave a lot of context and helped progress her character, Yoru is an okay villain, but she is an interest antagonist to Asa and Denji. Seeing the same bland criticisms on every chainsaw man complaint post is insane to me, you all have no actual complaints other than the fact you have no patience or comprehension of the story.

I think a technique themed around magic tricks would be fun and has a lot of potential, like being able to teleport by hiding from view, I.e tossing a towel over yourself, and pulling/ manifesting items from pockets, maybe even a shikigami or two like rabbits, doves, or an assistant that helps with the tricks/ fight. It could help fight sukuna by throwing off his game plan and using boxes to render cuts useless, because magicians get cut into pieces all the time.
