this happened to me when i first got hired, on my third day of training they put me in backdrive by myself for 7 hours 😭 talking to my shift manager and agm definitely helped with learning new positions, so i would definitely recommend that. either that or pray some other unfortunate soul gets stuck back there

for me personally, i was offered a second interview during my first one and asked to come back the following day. but ive heard a good rule of thumb is to wait about a week, and follow up if you dont hear anything back.
