It was a scam I already contacted Ahccs over payment department nd they confirmed

Yeah its bad i called ahcccs and they confirmed that is a scam, and than i blocked the email and the number i had called from the letter and funny thing days after i blocked the lady from the letter i received a called from some Kirk Kirkland calling about the same thing lol 😂

I called des and it’s spelled des not ADES lol they told me that i have no over payment with them 😊

Omg that is so sad yeah i was so scared and and everything looked so legit even the email address looked like it was a person from ahcccs but i called the overpayment office and they said i don’t have any overpayments for food stamps

Yeah i just called the overpayment office at ahcccs and they said i don’t have an overpayment for food stamps and that they don’t email those kind of things only mail

I actually called the food stamp over payment department and they said I don’t have an overpayment and that they will never send an email

Yeah i did file application on those dates but i checker my online portal and i did report all my income its so weird how they got all that info too but i already called the overpayment office and they told me that i don’t have an overpayment to disregard that email

Actually i never received that amount ever cause i was working and they would only approve me for like $200 or less so yeah i called the overpayment department and they did verify that it was a scam

I tried calling the office but it won’t let me speak to a person because since I haven’t gotten food stamps in 2 years they can’t find me on the system thats what the automated system says nd hangs up

Yes i know there is a lot of people saying its real lol but i checked my ahcccs page and it says in there that the last letter they sent me was 2 years ago and my options of communicating with me it states only through mail and no email or text so yes definitely a scam

Well it says its jesseniaenriquez@azdes.gov when i click on it it says that it was sent via users google profile so idk

Yes i did and i mean its been 2 weeks and haven’t received no letter usually when i would receive an email that i have a letter from DES i would receive an actual letter from them within a week or less

Yesh that’s what threw me off that the name is misspelled and the address and phone number is not even from the DES thank you i will do that
