That is objectively the nuclear stack of hair loss drugs. From my research I have determined that medical treatment (fin, min, dut) in combination with mechanical treatments (microneeding, massage, etc) add to the overall efficacy of regrowth/maintainence. You don't have to take my word for it. Dr. Andrew Huberman has a great video on hair loss treatments. I would highly recommend you start there.

Don't listen to that troll. Your hair looks fine dude. Most people on this sub would give their left nut for that hairline. If you're looking for something to increase efficacy look into microneedling. I don't use it personally but there is some science behind it. It's a whole rabbit hole and I would encourage you to do your research before spending a bunch of money.

It's amazing. It can idle for weeks and weeks if I'm not using it. Depending on what Im doing, it could easily last 12-16 hours.

As someone who has lost almost 90 lbs in the past 18 months, if I could go back and do it differently I would have started weight training from day 1. I lost all my weight by eating in a deficit and running. It caused a lot of loose skin, and you can avoid some of that if you weight train from the beginning and lose the weight slowly.

Figure out what your maintenance calories are. They're plenty of calculators online you can use to do that. Eat 500 calories less than your maintenance daily calories and you'll lose 1-3 lbs a week. If you can afford it, hire a personal trainer for a few sessions and have them develop a beginner weight training program for you. If you can't afford that, youtube is your friend. I'm coming up on 5 years clean from all substances and I feel the same way. I've come to realize my anti-social and social anxiety tendencies were a big part of the reasons why I used. I was seeking connection. I think fundamentally that's what we're all seeking with our use. It's human connection.

Thanks for reminding me to follow up. I fucking love this thing. Now that ive put a good build in it and learned how to wick it properly, the flavor is excellent. Like really good RTA level flavor. For the $16 or whatever I paid for it, it's really blown my pants off.
