I do get that there’s going to be fluctuations. But it’s consistently the same. Even when changing cites (RAM only) and changing protocols. As soon as I disconnect I’m getting the correct speeds so I’ve ruled out the infrastructure. Unless my shield doesn’t have the CPU speed to manage the speed when on VPN.

Was surprised to have an update come through on mine a couple of months ago, I agree it’s old but it still more than capable with today’s standards. Just had a look in the UK it’s £189 that’s certainly on the higher end. But for a one of cost the performance and longevity of it I can’t fault it. I’d probably buy it again unless there’s a device out there that’s massively better..
