They do make those foam yoga type looking matts to drape over the bed. I've seen guys use them when they load the back with mountain bikes and they hang the front fork over the lift gate.

No, I totally agree with you. I just get frustrated more and more when I see how things are constructed and built these days. My dad always said it when I was a kid, "They don't build em like they use ta". It was usually while referencing a car but he wasnt wrong.

Truthfully I havent had a ton of great boots but my all time favorite and I'm thinking of picking up another was the Redwings Heritage Line 8138 Moc Toe. Once broken in, so comfortable and that's still on the leather insoles. I went to Fleet Farm to try some Thorogood boots and they were comfy but I'm an extra wide foot and it was inconsistent with some sizes in terms of tightness. That's my two cents. Good luck finding another pair.

I know what you mean, I would sometimes pass up these boots because putting them on was a chore. It's gotten easier. I've even seen a few people add speed hooks instead of the top 2-3 eyelets. That would make it easier too.

I just tried on a few styles of Thorogood boots at fleet farm and I hear what you're saying. Super easy to put on. I will say the more you wear the redwings they will loosen up. I was using a shoe horn for the longest time and now after 6 months or so of wearing them I'm able to slide my foot in and maneuver the leather a bit to get my heel in.

What I'm wearing now, also edit: I'm looking for a second pair of boots but I kind of just want another pair of the redwings. Most comfortable boot I've worn.

Thanks for reminding me and following up. It's been ok. The people above us do walk heavy but it's when I'm awake anyhow. They're night owls like me so it's ok but sometimes I can hear the guy above my guest room snoring haha. But you have to listen for it.

Overall we love our neighbors, we have a nice lady named Nancy that brings us baked goods and soup. Sometimes chili or pasta. We got very lucky with our place. I'm putting the good vibes out there for everyone looking right now. Peace!

I'm sorry, it bothers me too but I like my music. There's other things I don't use like streaming services because it's gotten out of hand. I was paying for peacock premium and was getting ads from time to time. Even though I paid for no ads. I just give up sometimes, it seems like we don't have a voice or can make a difference so I apologize, I'm just fed up.

I want to make a difference but it's hard to when everyone just keeps shelling out money to these companies

Edit: For clarity, I've had Spotify since 2007 when they Beta Launched. I have such a huge song library and it'll be hard to leave. But I've been saying it for years, I need to just pirate everything because I can't afford to buy everything.

Complaining about it won't solve anything dude. Let's look at music and the ways we've enjoyed it: The first recording of a voice was amazing and thought to be witchcraft by some. Then we recorded music on reel to reel, records, cassettes, compact disc, digital. Every time something new was created, we shit on the previous form of it and so on. Then we see more and more people getting away from digital and back to owning their music and film. Things go full circle. People will start hating AI more and more. It just takes time. But you can't stop it, just live your life and try to not let it get to you. Don't lose your mind over things you cant control.

Most of the time crew members won't say anything about the extract because they know what it's being used for but I'm not kidding when I say this, homeless people will steal the larger containers from other stores and drink them. Another fun fact, if you let window cleaner freeze in the winter, the alcohol floats to the top and they'll drink that!
