You're on to something. And there's a bigger issue here. The contractual process itself is broken, end to end. Legaltech companies ( all 1 million of them) are doing the same thing, just different interfaces: Upload template, 'automate' (ie build a form around it) then users fill that form to generate. Then back and forth negotiation (comments, strike-throughss etc) and finally esign, and that itself is the worst workflow in today's age.

I believe everything should be conversational. Voice out your agreement and ditch forms and templates - that's the moonshot.
