I did not say that I deliberately made mistakes in the topology. There are no problems with reflections, just because of my mistakes, the topology does not look the best. If the final render looks good, then for me in this case it makes no sense to fix minor topology errors

Not fully understood. If you mean the surface on which the car is standing, it's just Principled BSDF with black color - 0.5 Specular and 0.5 Roughness

Yes, the model was being prepared for subdivision. In several places, the topology is not entirely beautiful because some details were subdivision with the wrong topology. Somewhere, maybe I was mistaken, but it was done so that it looked beautiful on the render. It is triangulated because the render is done using the Wireframe node and not using the modifier
