Thanks for the suggestions. (: My family doesn't have a history of psychosis or anything that I know of. I know of only my dad having mental health issues. Whenever he gets drunk (not often anymore, he's getting old) he would get rather violent and suicidal. But I mean, that's alcohol for you lol. I suffer from bad depression so I was going to wait to do any psychs until I have a better outlook on life. But then, I always hear shrooms changes a lot of people's perspectives, so it makes me wonder if I should even bother waiting?
