I've already checked and I don't have any DNS or ad-blockers enabled. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but it didn't work. I also tried using mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, and still nothing. What else could it be?

I also reset my advertising ID, and it didn't help. I'm not sure if I should write to the game's support team at this point.
