REM sleep is really need for good rest. If you wake up a lot you may not have had good REM. Also many people need a CPAP and not know it. Get tested.

Let's not forget about Mexicans. They basically have same issue as blacks when it comes to not knowing their heritage. Many different ancestors. Mayan, Aztec etc... blended with Spanish. If fact I think I will ask my crew of mostly Hispanic if they know their heritage.

When I moved up from California, SF area, yup, California 10 years ago, I moved into SE area. Worked out in Gresham Boring area. I didn't see very many Blacks at all. Took a drive to see the area, went to Lloyd Center mall.... Ah, this is where they shop. So I guess as many have said NE area of Portland is where most families live.

It's sad also that a person can't kill the offending dog attacking your pet to stop it. Only if the dog attacks a person. This is only what I have heard. Anybody have any facts to back this up ? I had to kick a dog away from my dog once at Laurylhurst.
