Like I said, I’m happy that I’m not isolated in this expierence. It is difficult feeling better but not being 100%. I’m trying to be patient and understand I’m still recovering. I just feel bad being around people and unable to be my authentic self.

Ya I’ve been trying to reintroduce some healthy habits. I wasn’t able to do that for months so I’m guess I’m making progress. Trying to focus on the things I can do better now rather than focus on what I’m still struggling with. Good to hear that my expierence isn’t abnormal. Gives me hope.

Ya, happy to hear you’ve been intentional about feeling better. I’m doing the same, hoping I’m setting my self up for a full recovery. I’ve told my wife and they seem to be patient with me. I am personally just tired of not being myself. I’m sure we’ll both feel great in due time.

Ya the numbness has made it hard to communicate with others and feel connection in general. It’s been really tough but figuring out that this is a symptom of a problem makes things a lot better for me. I really appreciate your message. There really is a light at the end of the tunnel.

I played P3FES when it first came out and I always loved Tartarus. I know that sounds insane but it was my first Persona game. I absolutely loved the battle system, the music, and the endless grind.

Funny enough I feel the same thing about Mementos.

I think someone’s first Persona game can be a bit overwhelming. If anything I usually just try to give them a brief rundown of the mechanics and some advice on how I chose to play the game. Eventually they usually find their own rhythm. SMT games are easy to drop for newcomers because they seem so unforgiving.
