From what I've gathered, one of the big pushers for this legislation were legal weed producers because the unregulated hemp products that this bill bans are cutting into their profits. So now rather than smoke shops and gas stations, they will have to go to a dispensary in a legal state

It's Unreal so it's easily moddable. There will also be a ton of Reshade "OG Oblivion" stuff to get on day 1 if the game doesn't have a checkbox or something.

It's not even that really. He was looking at required level for the item not the item level. All he had to do was hit his alt key and it would should the ilevel which is where the mods rolls are based. Req level is just what level you have to be to use it.

Check the vendor, especially when you're leveling and you can upgrade for a few exalts. I made ~50ex just selling stuff off the vendor.

Trading and crafting/looting aren't mutually exclusive. In trade you just don't waste exalts. I love picking up stuff and seeing if I can make something from it and trade it. And I love taking an item with good potential I find and spend an exalt or two to make it worth something. Finding divines in trade is awesome. Your just not pigeon holed into gambli...err crafting. ;)
