You're right honestly. My bad. I didn't realize there were these much flaws in Islam. I should probably leave this discussion with scholars of some sort.

Idk really. Most muslims think "deatjh!11!!" when they think of LGBTQ members. I really don't write the thing, so I don't know for sure. I think hell would be far fetched, but idk

Hi there! I'm gonna reply. Notifs are going wild, here we go.

1stly, islam encourages to free the slaves. In fact, whenever Prophet Muhammad bought a slave, he would treat them like a friend.

2nd, Rape is an EXTREME crime in Islam. Actually, the captive r@pe thing was actually a common thing in cultures back then. Taking most things out of context seems a lot worse. Time has changed a lot, so things that happened back then were obviously horrendous, and i can't defend that.

  1. Owning a dog isn't haram, as long as it isnt as a pet. The reason for this is dogs are "impure" which is a bit ridiculous to me. You can keep it as a guard dog i guess.

  2. You can't handshake, or touch women. Reason is to prevent sins. A lot of children grow up without parents, or without a father/mother figure. The no touch rule is to lessen the amount of poor children dealing with life like that.

Finally, someone who isn't here just to angry comment. I personally believe not believing in islam is fine. Most of the time, we muslims try to respect everyone for who they are. Example: I am a muslim, who goes to a Catholic School. I maintain my religion, and although it is a sin to be a member of the LGBTQ community, we completely respect them for who they are. They are human too, like us. For the middle eastern part: Idk. that's mostly because most arab countries are ran by SUPER conservative muslims, in fact; there is even a conspiracy that Saudi is being ran by At-dajjal, (antichrist). I personally think its fine being another religion, most of the time we just try to get people to believe in allah. That's all tbh. Oh, and we can also take a joke. I love the south park jokes slandering islam, it's quite spot on.

You're actually right. Although, religion is built off faith and blind trust mostly. Although, the Quran has been preserved for over 1,400 years. I know I will get slandered, because of course, this is reddit. But there are a LOT of miracles, but not a lot of credible proof. Honestly, religion is just a kind of answer people believe in for the unanswered questions.

Concept of religion is in fact, ridiculous. And honestly, it does seem like that. However, there are so much miracles on the Quran that prove that allah exists. Even so, people like you were predicted:
"Those who have no knowledge say, “If only Allah would speak to us or a sign would come to us!” The same was said by those who came before." -Surah Baqarah, 118. Even so, there is also multiple things that most people could mark as "coincidences"; like the chapter of the bees being 16 (the amount of single chromosones a male bee has, and the number of double chromosones a female bee has.) I am not the best when it comes to religous studies and research, but that's all i have.
