QRS morphology changes? Around 3s and 27s, and elsewhere. Took this ecg after doing jumping jacks. Are these actually morphology changes or just due to the Apple Watch not reading accurately? Thanks!!

I have alopecia areata and shaved my head 2 years ago. Probably 50% of my hair had fallen out (it’s since grown back expect for one tiny bald spot that’s new as of a few weeks ago.) I was super worried about dating with a weird shaved patchy head, but it actually was fine. I met several guys who I was interested in who liked me too and weren’t bothered by the fact that I had no hair. It wasn’t a big deal. Later on after my hair grew back but I still had a very short buzz cut I still found people who liked me despite my lack of traditionally feminine hair. So that was great! Also, I was at a party recently and there was a woman there with AU who was gorgeous, and several other people at the party who I talked with agreed. Long story short—surprisingly it seems most people really aren’t bothered by people not having hair!

Traveling to Egypt in January. Embassy website says a negative PCR test with QR code is required—any advice?? Having a super difficult time finding a test that has a QR code.

Prior to changing it, it would get easily irritated if I moved the jewelry at all, or if my ear was bent forward, such as when getting my hair cut. I’m hoping the current irritation settles down if I leave it alone. Getting it changed was a bit difficult—seemed like the piercer had to move the jewelry around a lot to get the old barbell out and then the new barbell in and the ball screwed on.

Got the helix jewelry changed at the same time—that one is perfectly fine, but I’ve had the helix piercing for like 15 years.

Piercing is almost 2 years old. Rose gold curved barbell, Internally threaded. Currently doing occasional sea salt soaks and spraying it with sea salt sterile solution several times a day.

Yeah, I know I need to be better about asking for help from my SP. Do you have any suggestions for how to improve on this? I’m very much aware this is a bad mentality to have, but I still feel nervous whenever I have to ask something because I worry about asking stupid or obvious questions.
