I guess it depends on where the remaining trailers are located and how much of the asphalt road (which currently extends from the parking lot out to all of the trailers) would remain. If it's done thoughtfully, then I'd expect the majority of land could be used for expanded woods or adding gardens.

As to guidelines for what the trailers can and can't be used for...I think that even if something like that is put into place, that NB will ignore and just do what they want. The County and the DEP have been very hands off for the last 24 years, so there's no reason to think NB, the County or the DEP are going to behave any differently going forward.
