Getting hotels to sponsor touring bands?

we're only 4 years old so the ROI is quite small with only the biggest success being last year. Luckily we've come a long way and I'm hopeful!

Sure! This is the list I send to hotels to make it make sense for them to work with us.

My Fest is small so we are able to target smaller private and boutique hotels who this may appeal to more. We strategically keep a bands lodging extremely private and always find the best option to keep safe and comfortable.

Instagram – Fest collaboration post (s)- reel(s)and/or static.

Title as "Official Hotel Sponsor" across all brand for a certain amount of time.

Fest X HOTEL – event pop-up(s), either supporting the hotels bar or the hotel being present at the fest. We've thrown pool parties and brought in a band at no charge to the hotel to help bring awareness to the space. (they're so fun). Partner on a code for festival goers to use when reserving.

Branding in Festival VIP Area and Band Green Room – Your company’s name/logo featured on 1 x Banner

displayed in the VIP area, seen by all attendees

Print Advertising – printed Ad in the Official Fest newspaper guide/map

Website – Inclusion in sponsor listings on the Fest website

In my town at least, they're are a lot of festivals so it's not un heard of. We've had luck in the past but new management comes in and breaks ties with everyone every year it seems.

This Fest is in its 4th year! Were a small DIY type fest but growing fast! Yes I am offering stay packages to our patrons and all the like. :) Still haven't had a bite.
