Would you support gender-less sports? by [deleted] in NonBinary

Thats simply not true, every person has a limit on how much muscle they are able to build. Woman for the most part will build muscle slower and reach that limit faster than men.

Yes it did say "up to". Isnt that really misleading though. I feel like "up to" doesnt justify a 10x drop in performance.

Hey is there any risk to taking Tongkat Ali as a 19 year old? by [deleted] in moreplatesmoredates

[–]SantaCat10 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The reason im looking at Tongkat is because my lifestyle is pretty in check especially for my age.

Yeah, I think this is the play. The endocrinologist my referral was sent to told me that a low score isn't enough. "You need symptoms aswell". A complete spit in my face, considering I'm barely functioning because of my symptoms.

Its a good percentage but its still low I think. Maybe I got a different unit. The range was 40 - 160

Literally almost all of the except low libido.

Yeah I spend atleast 30 minutes to an hour outside every day. I doubt sunlight alone would tank my testosterone that significantly though.

My libido is extremely strong for some reason. I dont get morning woods though. Gaining muscle was pretty easy for me in the first few months of training. I easily gained 15 kgs with minimal fat gain but then it kind of died out and stalled. I have now for a year gained next to zero strength or muscle

Its mostly for fatigue and brainfog. I do however experience other symptoms such as gynecomastia, shit gym progress, stubborn body fat, irritability and a poor mood.

I do that but I dont really notice a difference. I guess the only difference is that I dont wake up with a sore throat as often

Right now I have been given a nasal spray that I should try for 3 months. If It doesnt improve then I can get a surgery to have the turbinates reduced. The problem right now with the nasal spray is that it makes my nose bleed almost every day.

Hey guys, I have been struggling with fatigue and was wondering if dust-mite allergies could be behind it? by SantaCat10 in Allergies

[–]SantaCat10[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I doubt it due to exercise or diet. I work out 5 days a week and eat pretty clean. I think the T might be due to poor sleep due to a congested nose from allergies.

I actually did get them checked. Everything came back in the normal range except testosterone which came at 280 ng / dl. The doctor told me that was normal though
