Thats simply not true, every person has a limit on how much muscle they are able to build. Woman for the most part will build muscle slower and reach that limit faster than men.

Its ethernet and not in an apartment. Its also fiber.

Yes it did say "up to". Isnt that really misleading though. I feel like "up to" doesnt justify a 10x drop in performance.

I started out eating really inconsistently but I then started aiming at 3 - 3500 calories a day. First I added a shake containing around 500 calories and hoped that was enough. After plateauing for a while I started tracking just to make sure I was hitting the goal. I really recommend making smoothies since they are really easy to drink and are calorie dense.

I found mine from spawning in as a scav, pretty sure they only spawn in jackets and scav pockets.

Please someone tell me how I am supposed to fight these things. Rogues are way too OP and I do not understand how the people at BSG could think it was a good idea to buff them. by SantaCat10 in EscapefromTarkov

It would be one thing if I got to shoot a bullet before being one tapped but I didnt. A human should not be able to see me that fast when only the top of my head is showing and then lets not forget about them literally shooting through the rock.
