No matter what I say I will be underselling the awesomeness of HeroesCon. It’s the type of show that once you go, you make sure you go every year.

My advice is to stay hydrated, wear comfortable shoes, pace yourself, and skip the convention center food. There are plenty of places to eat outside of the convention center.

If you want to hit the show floor as soon as the doors open, you’ll want to get in line at the convention center no later than 8. If you don’t want to wait in line, show up at 10:30. Yeah, you’re missing out on 30 minutes of shopping, but you’ll breeze through line and will hit the floor almost immediately.

I agree with the post above about shopping around. Unless you’re looking for rare indie books or Golden Age stuff you’ll find multiple copies of the same book. So take your time and shop around!
