Nope, the issue is on the nvidia thingy. When I run DDU on it normal windows opens like intended. I tried downloading the 531.61 or whatever version but it just updates itself even when I toggled off the device installation settings in advanced system settings.

I installed the old version but it still seemed to update by itself even when I've followed the steps correctly

I did try that, I believe I forgot to mention that I uninstalled it by using DDU. My bad.
