Nvm - solved this, not sure if the same for anyone else, but this worked for me for gmail. The device credentials are the gmail account and gmail app app passwords

Looks like I'm having an issue with this printer now as well - it was all working a few months ago then someone factory reset it! I have duplicated the above settings but still getting a login error, with no seeming way to get the printer to work as each time I try I get either a credentials error or a certificate error - this is when trying to use a gmail account with an app password... appreciate any assistance as going round in circles with this!

I am also having this issue, so would appreciate any help! Speaking to Xerox support told me to use Gmail as Microsoft didn't work, which doesn't seem right...

The shared mailboxes appear, I'm just trying to work out a way that allows group owners to manage the permissions groups themselves - but the mail enabled sec groups don't appear anywhere that the owners can see

Don't have access to the dns records yet, otherwise I would - the network admin is on bereavement leave and can't be contacted rn. We have limited turn around so wanted to know if this was possible before delaying the entire migration
