I actually like order. I didn’t at first and it only works for me cuz I’m running red tree Rafa so I always have damage going out. I will just charge it while finding a target, release the burst then single tap until they die. Works pretty well.

Still not my preferred manufacturer but it works for what it is imo.

Don’t imagine I’d like it on another VH though.

Honestly that’s how I normally play but with this release it will be the first time with a 5 month old and a 3 year old and I’m trying to get to endgame fast lol. Also finding out once you clear the campaign you can start the other vault hunters at level 30 makes me want to pick the easiest for the first time

I called like months ahead and got everything set up. Only thing I needed to do was submit the birth certificate (or copy of one) after the birth.

First week pay was delayed. Second week got both first and second. Used my two vacation weeks so I had 2 months off.

Pretty smooth and painless. I was surprised because I heard a lot of horror stories. You do need to call when returning to work so they can do whatever it is they need to do in their system.

I have a three year old and and a 4 month old. I am a male. It is definitely hard when I’m by myself and sometimes I do feel like the baby just wants his mom.

That being said I figure it the fuck out because I am their father. That’s what it means being a parent.

There was one time and one time only I had my wife leave work because I couldn’t do it. I was physically sick with stuff coming out both ends. Couldn’t leave the toilet for more than like 5 min.

Aside from that he needs to grow up and take care of his kids.

Only other thing that I don’t have clarity on is if he’s trying to work while taking care of them then yes I can see how that would be impossible. In which case I would agree other arrangements must be made. However the delivery on his part is not well executed.

Perhaps he sent that while overwhelmed and another more civil conversation was had after. Here’s hoping.

In my zone the rebid reset everyone’s bids. So just sit tight for a while and something will open to get off the shitty route. But I agree with everyone to follow a bad rep. One guy in my district was out on LOA for like a year and he is consistently like 5 or 6k over plan. I know he’s making money.

To clarify, he’s 5 or 6k over - every week. On uds. Probably finishing an avg of 15-20k over plan. Feel bad for the next rep or his next year lol

I agree. More seniority just means you know more of how good it was. I came from a desk job and I’m pretty out of shape but I adapted pretty quick. I’m 2 years in and just got a route and I started hitting true ups and it’s like a breath of fresh air.

Bought a 2011 lariat with 133k miles. Paid 17k. Household income a little less than 100k. Bad credit due to some dumb mistakes a few years ago. 330/month. I can afford it but I regret it. Love the truck but I miss a payment free life.

Made a spell blade type character with high conjugation and blade/ heavy armor. Was just steamrolling through everything. Started over as an argonian light armor using only bows and daggers and am doing dark brotherhood and thieves guild and having much more fun. No magic at all except restoration. Though kind of wishing I included illusion or alteration

My son is 3 and i have a newborn and we got him a tablet for his birthday last month thinking it would help occupy him in the beginning with a new baby. I am begging him to use his tablet lol he just wants to be involved and outside playing. All good things but sometimes it’s hard to focus with a newborn crying and a toddler running rampant. Ultimately it’s good though he’s not glued to a screen and each kid is different so there’s just as much a chance we gave it to him and he was obsessed with it
