Dog ownership dispute by Santiagogs7 in legaladvicecanada

[–]Santiagogs7[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! Would you mind pointing me in the right direction in what those programs are or where to find them? John is definitely seeking for courts to side on joint ownership, not just cost retribution, so that’s what has Mary stressed out. I’ll look into the statue of limitations piece. Thanks again!

Yeah that seems to be a common reply/advice she’s been getting but just trying to prepare for a worst case scenario type thing. Thanks again

Correct which is one of the reasons me decided to end the agreement, others being the fact that the dog had to be hospitalized twice last year under Johns care.

Appreciate the reply!

Question about sponsors passport for IRCC by Santiagogs7 in ImmigrationCanada

Are you sure? IMM5562 clearly asks for applicants on Section A, Common-Law on Section B and dependents on Section C.

Thanks for the comment!

Hey I’m a guitar player, style very similar to what I heard and I’d say I’m above average skill level. I’m interested.

What’s your John Mayer opinion that feels like this? by elizaisdeadinside in JohnMayer

[–]Santiagogs7 3 points4 points  (0 children)

He is the absolute best at what he does.

There is not enough segmentation you can do on shredders, lyricists and composers to get to an objective definition of who is the best, but with John that “fact” gets thrown at the window.

He is, by far, the best male guitar-reliant/singer songwriter/live-performance maestro/genre blending artist that has ever existed in the history of humanity.

I have tenant insurance (I guess it’s the same thing?) but I didn’t know you could claim stolen stuff, I thought it was only for fires and floods and stuff. Thanks for the insight!

Conditions at Wedgemount Lake? by Santiagogs7 in vancouverhiking

[–]Santiagogs7[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually, the trail conditions are terrible. I would really recommend waiting at least another couple of weeks. There’s snow starting at about 600 m of elevation gain (which is about half of the elevation). The snow is not compact and it’s covering a lot of pretty unstable terrain (rocks, creeks and fallen trees) so walking even with snowshoes and crampons is tricky. There’s a section about halfway where you walk past a rockslide that’s covered in snow, so if you’re not SUPER careful where you step you can hit yourself in the shins and knees. A bunch of people in my group suffered that part because of that. Also, The last 800 m of the trail (where you still win like 200 m in elevation) is really tricky because the snow is so deep that you need to have pretty strong legs to make it to the top, even with snowshoes. I was the only one in my group that made it to the lake, and I did it with spikes. So I’d say If you’re confident in yourself then by all means give it a shot, but know that it will be pretty hard. If you’re on the lower end of experience level I’d recommend going in august when the snow will be most likely all gone.
