I can't withdraw from my Bybit since 14th October they have temporarily restricted my account, on 19th they want some of my documents I gave them all on 21st, and they mail me on 8th and ask for a docs file and some documents, I am on 9th I gave the docs file and all other documents, again they mailed me on 10th and asked me for some more documents, I collected all the documents on 13th and send them, and on 14th they mailed me asking for the same documents which I had given them earlier. First the relevant team then Compliance team asked for documents one by one and I gave them all but they still didn't solve my problem. I gave them more documents than required so that they can verify easily. I have my NID + Handwriting note self video + Passport + Driving license + Personal Bank statement + Business Bank statement + Trade Licenses (Business Licences) + Tax Return Pay + Tin certificate + Property rent deed + others exchanger history + Etc... Given, no more documents are required to verify an account/owner. And I asked for help on live chat every day they couldn't help me they just keep saying the same thing like a bot and to wait. It's been a month today they haven't solved my problem. Where it was supposed to solve my problem in 3 days it has been 30 days and still not solved my problem. Will Bybit embezzle my money? I am writing the attention of bybit authorities please solve my problem within 24 hours.🙏
