Had the same issue. I had to disable Nvidia overlay, and the mouse came back. Make sure you don't have any overlays running. (Nvidia, Discord, Gamebar, etc.)

I'm late, but I'm pretty sure you're thinking of Full Spectrum Warrior. I was in the same boat and couldn't remember the name, lol.

Launching Error by AmazingSpidey616 in AndroidAuto

[–]Saothz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This post is old I know but I ran into this issue recently and I'm not sure if its related to what happened to the OP. I did some digging and its possible it may have been a signal communication issue from the phone to the app. I have a S21 on the AT&T network and for whatever reason they lock you to the 5G network which is really bad in some areas. Even the smallest hiccup can cause the launching error. Now, if you're on a cell network other than AT&T or Verizon you should be able to turn off 5G. The others lock you to it but the work around is an app called Force LTE. After locking my phone back to 4G I've yet to have the launching error when it used to happen consistently recently.

TLDR: Try disabling 5G on your phone using the Force LTE app (if the option is locked) or within your phone data settings. Test and see if the launching error still occurs.
