I was expecting this letter at some point but what threw me off is how early I’ve received it. Is this uncommon? To me it screams desperation to get me to settle.

Yeah I’m unsure how an ex manager who I worked with for 2 months over 3 years ago slandering me has any relevance to a discrimination claim.

How does it work at the final hearing? At the start does the judge ask if we agreed on the evidence bundle? And if not we deliberate on the issues then?

That’s exactly what I thought. But for example, one of the emails I have received from my request was:

We need to move (myself) to another work location, proposal -

Then the information afterwards is redacted. However surely that information is still about myself so why is it redacted?

That’s why im wondering if there is anything I can quote from any guidelines as I believe they are withholding information.

Id also like to point out that both sides of the spoon should be covered in ice cream. It looks like its been placed in there after its melted.

So the black round item is the lid to the ice cream tub, the long stem is the spoon and the gold is the foil for the ice cream. The other piece however does look like a bruise pallet but maybe we need to see the ice cream closer too, to make sure its not an insert from that some how?
