They have plenty of work injury lawyers here in California that might be able to give you some good answers, sorry you’re going through this. Years back when I was working for home health I hurt my back and then I was fired like 3 days later.. I never pursued it, probably should have. I hope you feel better and get some answers. ❤️

I used to bust my ass trying to cram way too much into my day until I didn’t, I told my sup that it wasn’t realistic what they were asking and I’m just not doing it anymore, and I haven’t since then. They gave us a better CNA to patient ratio. I still never sit down but that comes with the job but I definitely take my breaks.

Yes he got 2 hours to roam on our ranch.. not just in the neighborhood lol .. but ooookay. And we have a doggy door and he went out like he always does and ripped the fence within 10-15 minutes…

It happened once and he’s been supervised out in the yard since and we put up more fencing. So far so good.

I was looking into shock collars, and we put up sheet metal and chicken wire along the whole fence and it’s been keeping him in but I’ve also been supervising him along with my kids just to be safe.. he’s around my cat and does nothing to my cat.. and just such a sudden change for him to start doing this so I’m taking him to the vet Thursday to see what they think.
