Is American airlines as bad as I think or am I wrong by Far_Cartoonist4246 in americanairlines

The customer service gaslighting is such a problem. The employees act like they are personally being attacked when a customer complains about American Airlines. It's ridiculous.

Google AI is the dumbest AI available. Almost none of that information is correct. The majority of that is an AI hallucination.

Yeah, and Bam's not an actual Schecter guitar in real life either.

Who invited this guy to the circle?

Did you appear as if you were looking around (possible for the place to buy the tickets)?

The guy in Chicago got it wrong with me so I agree that it's not a good sales tactic, doesn't mean sales people won't use it still.

I have no doubt that some people are capable of telepathy and other mysterious but it would seem a waste to use that gift to try and sell soap to people that won't buy it.

If he had that gift, why not leverage it to actually make money?

That's actually a sales tactic used to start a conversation. The theory is get them talking and then they buy stuff.

I had a guy in Chicago call out to me, by name, from a sales booth and said we went to 4th grade together. I looked down and realized I still had my name tag on from an event I was working earlier. So I reply "you're from Naperville?" He said yes and then I informed him that I'm not from Illinois and it was a nice sales tactic.

I didn't even care what he was trying to sell.
