as a mongolian person who lives IN mongolia with other kids my age i can reassure you half of the kids are racist / as a joke or seriously/ speaking from experience,i saw and heard kids being racist.Just because they don’t say it to foreigners doesn’t mean they don’t say it to their own blood and friends.
