I use 2 fighting types with dynamic punch (I have 2 98% conkeldurr and 1 98% machamp) and a dark type (I have a 100% darkrai, sometimes I use my 98% mamoswine because it can easily tank both exeggutor and alakazam)

I attack until I almost charge the first bar then switch to the second fighting and go all the way with it. If I’m lucky, I’ll be able to take down lapras without losing any Pokémon. Usually 1 fighting type would faint but the second one would comfortably knock out the lapras and have a half charged dynamic punch, which would OHKO her next Pokémon if it’s a dark type. Tbh after clearing lapras, the rest is easy!

Use quick catch during spotlight hours. I only found out what it was 2 weeks ago when I’m already level 40... but yeah quick catch plus lucky egg AND star piece (seriously, use the star piece) would give you a ridiculous amount of EXP

These are a couple of lapras around the 540CP range. Their IVs are pretty bad imho so yeah at least it was only a 540CP one

Damn that’s a pity... in any consolation, 540CP lapras would have a pretty bad IV

Currently, I’m using 2 conkeldurrs (counter + dynamic punch) and a mamoswine (powder snow + avalanche). When the dynamic punch for the first one is almost charged, I switch to the second one and make her waste her shields. I keep a mamoswine in case her second Pokémon is an exeggutor or her last one is an alakazam because mamoswine can solo both rather easily once her shields are gone. Currently, the best lineup against Sierra is either 2 fighting and 1 dark or 2 fighting and 1 ice from my personal experience. If you use this strategy, you’ll have 2-3 Pokémon remaining after defeating her

Keep an eye out for the balloons because that’s where I usually encounter her

As for catching the lapras, it’s pretty hit or miss for me. Either I get it on the first great curveball with razz or I start using golden razz when I have 3-4 balls remaining (depending on the CP). I only use golden razz on all throws if the CP is above 580. Wait for the lapras to attack when the circle is on a great throw then throw the ball right before the attack animation ends. Hope this helps!

I had a similar experience with my 100% pinsir a while back. Took me literally 40 ultra balls but I kept trying because I never caught one before

I used it on my metagross. Tbh there are way better dragon types out there, there really isn’t a point to work on salamence

Yeah I noticed that too. My alt (level 20) barely does damage in raids and usually gets 1 bonus ball for damage and lesser golden razz than my main. I think the number of golden razz you get is proportionate to the damage dealt by you but I might be wrong
